What is Unleashed?
a 6 week group coaching program for lgbtq+ humans
Peel back the layers of internalized shame and rewrite your story around your sexuality and gender identity. In this immersive, community-focused program, you will heal wounds, release guilt and shame and finally claim true empowerment around your identity.
The Unleashed Methodology

Inside of Unleashed we use a trauma-informed approach, as well as powerful techniques and modalities such as Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Meditation and more, to get you lasting transformation on both a subconscious and somatic level.
We help you build a foundation of radical self-love and compassion, so that you walk away from this experience feeling more connected to yourself and your authenticity than ever before.

Program Results
Unleashed has both transformed my life and brought me home to myself. I signed up for Unleashed because I felt so lost – I was filled with insecurity and self-doubt, had just ended an unhealthy relationship, and felt so alone. I have been "out" for a while...is this program only for people who are in the process of coming out?
Not at all! In every round of Unleashed there are people that are at various stages of exploring and unpacking their sexual and/or gender identity. We have students who are in the closet and curious, in the process of coming out, recently came out, or have been out for many years. Unleashed is not a "coming out" program, although many people feel more empowered to come out after completing the program. The mission of Unleashed is to help you release and transform old limiting beliefs and patterns that are holding you back around your sexuality and gender identity into new empowering beliefs and behaviors that actually serve you! Through this process, you will naturally embody more confidence and authenticity.
Unleashed is a 6-week live group coaching container. Once you enroll, you get lifetime access to the community, live workshops, call recordings, and all resources!

Yes, absolutely! Our Unleashed community is international! All of the work we do inside of this program is virtual, so as long as you have wifi and a safe space to consume the content, you are good to go!
Arielle D'Angelo, Self-Love Coach and Founder of WeTheRainbow & Unleashed, currently facilitates all of the calls and workshops inside of the program.
As a Trauma Informed Practitioner, it is Arielle's mission to make Unleashed the most safe and welcoming environment for you to learn, transform and heal. Unleashed is solely comprised of LGBTQIA+ individuals who are committed to doing this work, and who also understand the importance of honoring the safety and confidentiality of their queer peers. There is a no tolerance policy for not abiding by the group agreements--one of which is honoring each other's privacy and confidentiality.
First of all, nerves are totalllly normal, and I am so proud of you for being here. You have already taken the first step in exploring what it could look like to love and care for yourself...and that is HUGE! Making the decision to invest in yourself is a big decision...while it can feel uncomfortable, the reward is always massive. If you are having trouble justifying the investment, or feel that you don't deserve it, I encourage you to explore where this belief is coming from.
Do you believe that this program and this level of support will help you get to that next level of experiencing the self-love, confidence and authenticity that you deserve to experience in your life? If so, apply to the program! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Unleashed is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical conditions. If you are currently struggling with severe anxiety and depression, enrolling in Unleashed is not recommended. Consult with your mental health professional or medical provider before deciding if Unleashed is right for you.
In order to enroll in Unleashed you must be at least 18 years of age. Every round is different, but typically, Unleashed students range in age from 18-60 years old.
The group size varies every round of Unleashed, but you can expect to have between 8-20 people in your coaching pod.
Unleashed is a group program and 1:1 coaching is not included in the standard package. If you are looking to add any 1:1 support calls with Arielle, you can bump a 1:1 coaching session onto your package when you pay/enroll. Unleashed is currently around a $1,500 investment depending on when you enroll. There are also extended payment plan options available!
Yes! We give away 1-2 scholarships every round of Unleashed. We prioritize applicants who are in the BBIPOC and/or Trans communities, but anyone is welcome to apply!
